The Beginning. Bulls Eye started operations in 1996. We are a nationwide preparatory training institute started by dedicated professionals. Team Bulls Eye today has IIT, IIM and XLRI alumni as full- time faculty. Most of us are professionals with top-notch industry experience.

Guiding Principle
Our philosophy is that the system should be for students and not the other way round. Students are encouraged to stay back after her session and chat up with friends at the Bulls Eye centre. The faculty not only clears doubts but also helps in making self study plans after the class.
Skills Developed
A significant part of our research effort is directed towards enhancing teaching methodologies in analyzing problems and synthesizing solutions. As a part of this process, we upgrade our courseware every year. We improve your communication skills by working with you in all aspects of communication: reading, writing and speaking, through individual and team tasks.
Teaching Method
Every teaching session starts with a discussion of the previous home assignment. What follows is a PowerPoint assisted teacher led discussion with you on problems that are used to illustrate basic strategies in a specified area. An in-class test is used to evaluate whether you have been able to internalize concepts that were covered in the class. An assignment for work at home is given to reinforce the concepts that you would have picked up in this class. This assignment will be discussed in your next class. Our team has been a constant tinkerer in the last 3 decades. What we have realized works best is peer learning - so you will end up studying in groups, A quiz at the end of every session gives feedback both to teacher and student about the learning in the session. Regular Delta X counselling sessions are used to measure the pace of student learning.
Results
We maintain a faculty to student ratio of 1: 30 or better. This results in a great deal of Personal Attention for you. We have carved out a niche among the academic fraternity by dint of exceptional results year by year. About one in five of you will make it to the top 30 B-schools.
For you to be this one, you have to ensure that you are consistent in your preparation efforts. We are there to help you get there. We don’t succeed unless you do!
